Hungary plans to buy a smaller dose of the Russian coronavirus vaccine Covid-19 in December, Reuters reported, citing a statement by Hungarian Foreign Minister Péter Szijjártó.

“Russia will begin shipping smaller doses of the vaccine in December, to complete clinical trials, test the vaccine here and complete the licensing process. “They (the Russians) said they could start making large deliveries in the second or third week of January,” the Hungarian minister said.

He added that vaccine production in Hungary could start in the future.
